Renew my portfolio domain

20 October

One time

A NOTE FOR LATER

Check the registrar’s date and renewal settings.

An illustrative example. Make the details your own.

A LITTLE CONTEXT

An address worth remembering deserves a reminder too.

A domain can quietly become the home for a lot of work. Save its name and the date from your registrar, then keep a useful link alongside it. When the reminder arrives, you know which domain it concerns and where to go to review the details.

A FEW WAYS TO MAKE IT YOURS

Little moments. Real life.

01

Your personal portfolio

Keep its domain renewal beside your other important dates.

02

A few different projects

Create separate entries so each domain has its own name, date and reminders.

03

A reminder to double-check

Even if you use auto-renewal, you can choose a date to review the provider’s status and settings yourself.

FROM A THOUGHT TO A SAVED DATE

Give it a little place in Daytely.

Once you have application access, here’s how to get started.

  1. Name the domain

Choose Domain renewal and fill in the required domain-name field. A contact is optional.

  2. Keep the provider close

Enter the renewal date and, if useful, the registrar’s website URL.

  3. Set an early check-in

Choose reminders that leave time to sign in with the registrar and take any action yourself.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Domain renewals,
a little clearer.

Still wondering about something?

Ask us
Does Daytely look up my domain’s expiry date?

No. Enter the date shown by your registrar. Daytely does not perform an automatic domain lookup or verify the expiry date.

Will it renew the domain automatically?

No. Manage renewals and auto-renewal settings with your registrar. Daytely is an additional reminder, not a domain-management service.

Can I track more than one domain?

Yes. Create a separate Domain renewal entry for each domain so names, dates and notes don’t get mixed together.

Can I keep a registrar link?

Yes. The type includes an optional Registrar URL field for an HTTP or HTTPS link. Save the provider’s normal website address, not a private login token.

What do I do after renewing?

Check the new date with the registrar and update your event, or choose a repeating schedule if it accurately matches your arrangement. The provider’s records remain the source to verify.
