About these terms
These terms apply to the Daytely public website, application, account features and paid subscription services. By using Daytely, you agree to use it responsibly and follow these terms and any checkout terms shown before purchase. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your sign-in credentials and activity under your account. Access may be introduced in stages. Features and availability may change as Daytely develops, but changes to an existing paid subscription will be handled according to the applicable subscription and consumer terms.
Premium subscriptions
Daytely Premium is offered as a recurring monthly or annual digital subscription. The billing country, currency, price and interval are shown before checkout. Razorpay processes the payment and recurring mandate. The subscription renews until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal in the application; see the cancellation and refund policy for timing, refund requests and mandatory consumer rights.
Your submissions
Provide accurate information and only submit personal details that you are entitled to share. Do not send unlawful content, abusive messages, malware, confidential credentials or sensitive personal information through the forms. You remain responsible for your message content. We may use it to respond to your enquiry or fulfil the purpose described by the form.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, harvest personal information, impersonate another person or submit automated spam. We may limit requests or restrict access where necessary to protect the website and its visitors.
Website content
Daytely branding, design and original website content are provided for personal informational use. Do not redistribute them as your own or imply an endorsement without permission. Third-party materials, where present, remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but the website and early-access previews may contain errors or be unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the disclaimer for more about previews and reminders.
Changes and questions
