GOOD QUESTIONS
A few things you might be wondering.
Get to know Daytely and what invite-based access means.
What is Daytely?
Daytely is a personal dates and reminders application for meaningful moments and everyday plans. Keep birthdays, anniversaries, remembrance dates, appointments, renewals, subscriptions and your own custom dates together, with contacts and notes when they’re useful.
Is Daytely only for birthdays and anniversaries?
No. It also has Appointment, Renewal, Domain renewal, Subscription and General reminder types, as well as Remembrance Day and Custom. Practical events can be saved without a contact when their rules allow it.
Can I make a date type of my own?
Yes. In Settings → Date types → New type, choose a name, icon, colour, recurrence rules and reminder defaults. You can also add custom fields and choose whether a contact or time is required.
Which repeating schedules can I use?
The app supports one-time, monthly and yearly events. Each type has a default schedule and allowed options. Weekly recurrence is not currently supported.
How do I join?
Use the Request an invite page to leave your name and email. Your request is saved for the team. It doesn’t create an application account; we’ll contact you when access is available.
When will I receive an invitation?
We’re opening access in stages and don’t have a guaranteed invitation date to share. There is no need to submit the same email more than once.
Is there a charge to request an invite?
No. The invite form does not collect payment. Daytely has a Free experience, and optional Premium monthly and annual plans are shown on the pricing page before you choose to subscribe.
Can I save more than birthdays?
Yes. Anniversaries, milestones and your own date types belong in Daytely too. You can organise them with tags and keep notes with your contacts.
What if I don’t know someone’s birth year?
You can keep a birthday without knowing the year. Knowing when to celebrate is enough to get started.
Does it work on my phone?
The application is mobile-friendly and has an installable progressive web app shell. Installation options depend on your browser and device.
Does requesting an invite sign me up for the newsletter?
No. The newsletter has its own form and consent. Invite details are used to manage your access request, not to automatically subscribe you to marketing updates.
How do I unsubscribe or request deletion?
Use the contact form and select Newsletter unsubscribe or Privacy request. Provide the email address you used so the team can locate your request. Changes are handled by the team, rather than automatically by the form.
Is the preview showing real people?
No. The website preview uses fictional contacts and sample dates to illustrate the experience. The application can look different as it evolves.
