A digital service
Daytely is an online software service. No physical product is sold or shipped, so shipping charges, couriers and physical delivery timelines do not apply.
When access begins
After Razorpay confirms a successful subscription payment or mandate event, Daytely activates Premium access for the purchasing account. Activation is normally immediate, but banking confirmation, network delays or security review can cause a short delay.
How the service is delivered
Premium features are delivered inside the Daytely application at app.daytely.com. The customer signs in using the account associated with the subscription. Payment confirmation and receipt information are also available in the Subscription section and may be sent by email.
If access is delayed
First check the Subscription section for the latest payment state. If a successful charge is visible in Razorpay or your bank but Premium remains unavailable, contact Daytely with the account email, payment date, amount and safe payment reference. Do not send card numbers, OTPs or passwords.
Availability
We work to keep Daytely available, but maintenance, service-provider incidents and circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access. Material billing or access problems will be investigated using Daytely and Razorpay records.
